Arranging an ophthalmology referral appointment
If you are not an existing client of Batchelor, Davidson & Watson an appointment for a referral consultation can only be made through your own vet. Your vet will contact us on your behalf and an appointment will be arranged. We will send you confirmation and information regarding your pet’s referral appointment. If the date offered is unsuitable, you can telephone us directly to rearrange it.
During your pets consultation the vet will carry out a thorough ophthalmic examination, provide you with a full understanding of your pets condition and information on any advised treatment or investigations necessary.
Payment
We request that payment is made in full at the time of treatment. We accept all major credit/debit card and cash payments. Please note we do not accept cheques or American Express. If your pet is insured our protocol is for you to settle your account at time of treatment and for you then to claim the money from your insurance company. Please bring a claim form with you and we will complete the veterinary section. Please allow seven to 14 working days for insurance form completion.
